Despatch and Delivery

Despatch

All of our items are in stock and available for immediate despatch. If you clear checkout before 12pm Monday to Friday, your order will be sent the same day. Orders received after this will be sent the following working day. 

This applies whether you are are purchasing your first subscription box, and at the point your subsequent payments are processed.

Delivery

We currently deliver our subscription boxes to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.  We despatch from the United Kingdom with free trackable delivery and our prices are inclusive of taxes and charges. 

Delivery takes up to 5 days but please allow 10 working days for international delivery as this can be unpredictable at times.
